Conditions of Entry

1..Competition closes 1 April 2010.

2. To enter the entrant must complete a compeition entry form during the Promotion Period. The entrant must complete the entry form using the entrant’s own details and lodge the entry to the supplied adress and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

3. Entrants will be judged on creativity and individuality as deemed by Connect Hearing.

3. Prizes drawn at Connect Hearing Support Centre, 2/101 Union Street, North Sydney NSW at 11.00am on 7 April 2010.

4. Each Prize consists of two Greater Union Movie star vouchers valued at $33.00 plus $6.95 p/h.

5. Fifty prizes in total will be awarded. Total prize pool: $2,000

6. If the prizes for any reason are unclaimed as at 12.01pm AEST, 15 April 2010, the winner/s will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be conducted on  April  20 2010.
